We appreciate your interest in joining 360 Community Services. Below are three positions for which we are actively recruiting. #1  POSITION TITLE: Direct Support Professional
POSITION STATUS: Non-Exempt (Full Time or Part Time.
PAY STRUCTURE Salary Range ($16.00-$20.00 hour) *based on experience and education.

The Direct Support Professional (DSP I) provides direct care and support services at one of our four Adult Day Center locations. DSPs support individuals with developmental disabilities in accordance with their Individual Support Plans (ISPs), with a focus on skill development, community integration, and personal growth.

The DSP I plays a critical role in fostering a structured, positive, and encouraging environment that promotes independence and enhances quality of life.

Core Functions

• Support individuals in community-based volunteer opportunities


• Assist with participation in unpaid work experiences


• Facilitate social and habilitative programming


• Support attendance and engagement in community events


• Ensure supervision and safety at all times


• Complete accurate and timely documentation using the agency-approved electronic system (THERAP)

Work Schedule

#2 POSITION TITLE: Supported Living Specialis
POSITION STATUS: Non-Exempt (Part Time)
PAY STRUCTURE Salary Range ($18.00-$20.00 hour) *based on experience and education.

The Supported Residential Service Specialist provides individualized (1:1), community-based support to adults with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in their homes and local communities.

This role emphasizes teaching independent living skills through habilitative programming while promoting dignity, choice, safety, and meaningful community inclusion. Staff work independently in a 1:1 setting while maintaining consistent communication with supervisors, guardians, and interdisciplinary team members.

Services are delivered in compliance with Nebraska DHHS regulations governing HCBS Waiver and Supported Residential Services.

Core Functions

• Provide individualized (1:1) support in home and community settings


• Implement 1–2 habilitative programs focused on independence (training provided)


• Teach daily living skills (cleaning, cooking, laundry, organization, routines)


• Assist with transportation, appointments, and medication pick-up (as appropriate)


• Support shopping, budgeting, and basic money management


• Encourage social engagement and inclusive community participation


• Promote choice, self-advocacy, dignity, and respect at all times


• Complete accurate, timely documentation using agency-approved electronic systems (including EVV)

Work Schedule

• Part-Time (Up to 29 hours per week)


• Schedules are developed based on individual or family needs. Some individuals require morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend supports. Upon hire, your supervisor will coordinate a schedule aligned with service needs and your availability.

#3 POSITION TITLE: Transportation Driver
POSITION STATUS: Non-Exempt (Part Time)
PAY STRUCTURE Salary Range ($18.00-$20.00 hour) *based on experience and education.

The Transportation Driver provides safe, non-emergency transportation to clients residing in the Omaha metropolitan area to and from our Day Habilitation Centers. This part-time position includes both a daily morning and afternoon route. Candidates must maintain a clean driving record.

Core Functions

• Ensue safe transport of individuals to and from the Adult day Center


• Maintain strict adherence to seat belt and wheelchair securement requirements


• Maintain fuel and odometer logs


• Notify the Director of Day Services immediately of mechanical concerns


• Ensure proper client handoff procedures at all pickup and drop-off locations 


• Ensure vans are cleaned and sanitized after each route


• Conduct pre-route vehicle inspections (fluids, tire pressure, lights, engine alerts)


• Follow all local, state, federal, and Department of Transportation regulations regarding operation of passenger vehicles

• Part-Time (Monday–Friday)
