Work Location: 100% Onsite
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour, paid weekly

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Processor to join our team in Fort Mill, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic clerical, administrative, or mailroom experience who enjoys working in an organized, fast-paced office environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for printing, preparing, sorting, and processing incoming and outgoing mail while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of daily tasks.

This is a short-term contract assignment lasting approximately 3–6 months, with limited potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Print, organize, and prepare letters and documents for mailing.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail accurately and efficiently.
• Sort, organize, and distribute mail and office correspondence.
• Prepare envelopes, labels, and mailing materials.
• Perform basic clerical and administrative support duties.
• Maintain organized records and work areas.
• Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and productivity.
• Assist with additional office support tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous clerical, mailroom, document processing, or general office experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; minimal computer use required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet daily productivity expectations.
• Must be available to work onsite in Fort Mill, SC, Monday through Friday.

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology
