What you'll do:
Produce high-end 3D renderings for luxury residential projects.
Work with models developed in Revit and generate renderings using Twinmotion.
Create exterior renderings during SD phases.
Develop quick renderings during SD phases.
Produce high-quality interior renderings for CD phases.
Deliver both quick renders and high-quality renders depending on project needs.
Interpret design intent and translate it into refined, photorealistic, and compelling visualizations.
Pay close attention to materials, lighting, and atmosphere to meet the client's elevated aesthetic standards.
Support project-based deliverables on demand while maintaining exceptional quality and efficiency.
Quickly implement feedback, updates, and revisions.
What you must have:
A bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Proven experience as a 3D Artist, Architectural Visualizer, or Architect Renderer.
3+ years of experience.
Advanced English level.
Strong proficiency in Twinmotion.
Strong proficiency in Revit.
Demonstrated experience working on luxury residential projects.
A strong portfolio showcasing high-end, photorealistic interior and exterior renderings.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Exceptional attention to detail and visual quality.
Availability to work on demand for specific projects.
