Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Software Developer with experience in 3D modeling to join our team. This role focuses on development of software tools for accelerating manufacturing and quality engineering. The software tools are productivity solutions that dramatically reduce the time it takes to complete first article inspection, in-process inspection planning, process planning, and producibility analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced 3D modeling and visualization applications for engineering, quality, manufacturing, and design workflows.
• Work with CAD data processing technologies to import, convert, and optimize complex 3D models from various sources.
• Implement and maintain 3D visualization pipelines using tools such as Kubotek Kosmos and TS3D HOOPS Exchange.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and optimize high-performance 3D and visualization systems suitable for production use.
• Develop and integrate software components using Java within a structured, scalable architecture.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing 3D and CAD-related functionalities for performance and accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity and performance optimization across complex 3D environments.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business and design requirements into reliable software solutions.

• 3D developper specializing in 3D modeling, CAD data processing, and visualization technologies.
• Ideally, hands-on experience with Kubotek Kosmos and TS3D Hoops Exchange .
• Experience in software solutions for engineering, quality, manufacturing, and design applications, with a proven ability to architect. optimize, and deliver production-grade 3D and visualization systems.
• Proven track record of developing, optimizing, and delivering high-quality 3D solutions for engineering and design environments.
• Programming skills in Java
• A developer familiar with SCRUM processes, with focus in Java, 3D modeling, and CAD data processing. Experience in each of the different phases of manufacturing, especially first article inspection and/or quality control is a plus but not required.
