Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience, specializing in Revit and AutoCAD Docs (BIM 360). This role is crucial in shaping the future of our projects, ensuring that our designs are both functional and forward-thinking. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD Docs (BIM 360).
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Review and refine designs to enhance functionality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Participate in project meetings, providing technical insights and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Call manufacturers to determine model, capacity and obtain blocks/families for our models
• Assis in the preparation of project documentation, including design reports, material lists, and cost estimates.
• Review and verify the accuracy of designs before final approval and submission.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and practices in agricultural design and drafting.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay & Benefits 

· $65,000 – 80,000 DOE

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Designer.
• Proficiency in Revit and 3D BIM software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and design principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Education:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related experience.

Physical Requirements: · Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
