Job Responsibilities:

• Represent Paul Davis with professionalism, honesty, and integrity
• Perform Matterport services, including scanning, harvesting, and storing links
• Create sketch floor plans using Xactimate estimating software
• Capture and label photos of homes and businesses in Xactimate
• Utilize Beacon 3D+ (Hover) for roof and elevation data
• Identify and report safety concerns on-site or in the office
• Maintain knowledge of technologies, equipment, processes, and building products
• Obtain and maintain additional IICRC certifications (as required)
• Operate and maintain a Paul Davis vehicle (as needed)
• Communicate with internal and external customers
• Other duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• Education: 2-4 year college degree preferred
• Experience:  No prior experience required – training provided! 
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Time Management – A must!
• Photography & Lighting – A plus!
• Technical Proficiency – Matterport, Xactimate, RMS/Dash, Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Building Materials
• Planning & Organization Skills
• Customer Service Excellence
• Adaptability to a Fast-Paced Environment

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 5-20 lbs. frequently, and 20-100 lbs. occasionally
• Occasional climbing, balancing, crouching, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling
• Work in confined spaces and areas with fire, smoke, mold, and sewage
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and chemical fumes
