What You’ll Do:
Inspire young learners: Lead the 3K classroom with a curriculum that promotes early literacy, social-emotional development, and cognitive growth.
Guide and mentor: Supervise and support a team of educators, ensuring high-quality teaching and care for every child.
Build strong relationships: Collaborate with parents, families, and the community to support student progress and milestones.
Create a safe, engaging environment: Manage classroom operations, materials, and the physical space to ensure it’s organized and conducive to learning.
Lead with purpose: Contribute to center-wide initiatives and help shape the culture of our educational environment.
Who You Are:
- You hold a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- You have a New York State Teaching Certification (Birth - Grade 2) and at least 5 years of early childhood classroom experience.
- You have proven leadership skills and experience managing a team of educators.
- You’re passionate about early childhood education and committed to the growth of every child.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in a daycare or preschool setting.
- Previous experience in an administrative or director role.
