Job Description - 3M Technician Maintenance

Job Title: 3M Technician Maintenance

Location: Naval Construction Battalion Center (NCBC), Gulfport, Mississippi.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide support for 3M Command Communications Computers and Intelligence (C4I) systems and supporting equipment.
Assist with user operational tasks and provide subject matter expert consultation.
Operate and maintain systems in a classroom environment in the Electronic Maintenance Shop.
Offer help desk support to address technical issues and provide solutions to users.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems related to 3M systems.
Conduct limited user instruction for the supported units.
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to enhance their understanding and operation of the systems.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and equipment.
Ensure all systems are operational and in compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated years of employment experience in relevant fields.
Relevant certifications required to perform technical and maintenance duties.
Continuous education in relevant fields is preferred.
Strong technical skills in maintaining and operating 3M systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in providing instructional support and training to users.
