Job Description:

C2 Labs is seeking a highly organized and communicative 3PAO Liaison to manage communications and coordination with FedRAMP-accredited Third-Party Assessment Organizations (3PAOs). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in facilitating successful FedRAMP authorizations for our clients by ensuring smooth and efficient interactions with 3PAOs.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for FedRAMP-accredited 3PAOs.


• Manage all communications between C2 Labs and 3PAOs, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.


• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for assessments and related activities.


• Ensure that 3PAOs have all necessary information and documentation to perform assessments effectively.


• Track the progress of assessments and identify potential roadblocks or issues.


• Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders and work to resolve them promptly.


• Maintain a strong understanding of FedRAMP requirements and 3PAO processes.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PAOs.


• Assist with the selection and onboarding of new 3PAOs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree


• 5+ years of experience in information security, GRC, or a related field.


• CGRC, CISSP, or Security+ certification required.


• Strong understanding of FedRAMP requirements and processes.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Experience working with or for 3PAOs is highly desirable.
