3rd Party Collections Supervisor

LCS Financial Services Corporation is a nationally licensed collection agency located in Centennial, Colorado, that is looking for an Experienced Collections Supervisor with at least three years of proven call center and third-party collections management experience. You will bring your strong third-party experience to train, coach, and develop collection agents within your business unit.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Train, coach, and develop collection agents on a day-to-day basis to drive performance.
• Be continuously on the collection floor listening to talk-offs, conducting side by sides and taking escalated calls.
• Consistently manage work queues and inventory to ensure all accounts are being worked timely.
• Monitor daily KPI performance metrics.
• Perform account reviews and call monitoring to ensure compliance and collections effectiveness.
• Manage performance issues and deliver corrective action when necessary.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• You will have the ability and experience to coach and mentor collection agents on a daily basis with proven effectiveness.
• You will possess strong collection system software skills.
• You must demonstrate a high level of knowledge and a commitment to compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• You will be dedicated to providing outstanding client service and have a borrower centric philosophy.
• The selected candidate must exhibit a sense of urgency, have a high initiative level, be a problem solver, follow up consistently, and maintain their composure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY:

• Minimum of three years third-party collections and supervisory experience.
• Intermediate internet and computer skills.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related work experience.
• Experience in mortgage, private student loans, auto, installment loans are a plus.
• Some knowledge of debt acquisition is a plus.

This is an exempt salaried position with the ability to earn commission. Commission is earned monthly and determined by a set of metrics that measures your ability to meet collection, compliance, client, and company goals and KPI's.
