Job Title:
Industrial Boiler Technician – 3rd Shift (Direct Hire)

Location:
Houston, TX

Pay:
Up to $40/hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule:
3rd Shift | Sunday–Thursday
Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Boiler Technician to join our maintenance team at a production facility in Houston, TX. This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits and long-term potential for growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with boilers in a manufacturing or industrial production environment, including performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Candidates without certifications are still encouraged to apply, but must be willing to obtain them as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on high- and low-pressure boiler systems

• Troubleshoot and repair boiler-related issues to minimize downtime

• Monitor, inspect, and test equipment for proper operation and safety compliance

• Maintain detailed logs and documentation of inspections and repairs

• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure safe and efficient performance

• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures

Requirements:

• Experience working with industrial boilers in a production/manufacturing environment

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Willingness to work 3rd shift hours (10pm–6am)

• Certifications such as Boiler Operator License, Stationary Engineer, or related are a plus

• Must be willing to obtain any required certifications if not already held
