Position description:

We’re looking for full-time 3rd shift Direct Support Professionals. No experience is necessary, training is provided. The ideal candidate is someone who is a naturally kind and compassionate person that would enjoy helping people and having fun with them.

Our DSPs will be taking care of all of these residents daily needs; dressing, feeding, changing, bathing, cleaning, transportation, medication assistance etc.  

The goal is to help our residents feel and become as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. Be a companion, learn to be a caregiver for someone in your community! 

Compensation: $16.00  - compensation increases based on verifiable previous experience.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED


• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with NO MORE THAN 5 POINTS ON DRIVING RECORD


• 18 years of age or older


• Able to pass background check
