3rd Shift Lead Fabricator

Do you enjoy a custom work environment where every day offers new parts and challenges?  If so, Impact Fab could be a great fit for you.  We are currently seeking a 3rd Shift Lead Fabricator to join our team.  In this position, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the fabrication of specialized and unique metal products.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and mentor a team of Fabricators, providing guidance on project requirements and fabrication methods


• Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of team members and ensure a high level of competency.


• Answer questions regarding projects as well as troubleshooting issues as they arise with team members.


• Working on a variety of projects in a custom fabrication shop


• Mig and tig welding


• Reading blueprints to determine specs of each job

We are looking for someone with

• High School diploma or equivalent


• Preferably several years of experience in metal fabrication with a demonstrated progression of responsibility; willing to train in leadership


• Strong attention to detail


• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment


• Dependability a must

Work Schedule: 8:00 pm - 6:30 am Monday night - Friday morning with a long weekend every week!
