3Rd Shift Order Picker

Trio Supply Company, located in Fridley, Minnesota is looking for 5 employees to pick customer orders from our warehouse on the third shift.  Third shift hours are from 7:00 p.m. until 3:30 a.m.   The work week begins on Sunday evening and finished Friday morning.  These are full time, benefit eligible, positions.  We are offering a $500 sign on bonus for any new employee, along with a shift differential for working over night.

Founded 41 years ago, Trio Supply Company is a leading Twin Cities distributor of institutional food service disposables, janitorial and sanitary products, and beauty/spa supplies. Our experienced staff, depth of inventory, and superior service make us unique in our market. As we continue to grow and expand in the Twin Cities we  in need of additional overnight ware house employees.

The Order Picker is responsible for:

• Using a Picker Machine (powered industrial truck) to select items from customer order form, palletizing, and delivering the completed order to the loading dock for preparation to ship to the customer.  
• This position may also support the loading dock personnel by shrink wrapping pallets, helping to load trucks, and keeping the warehouse orderly.
• Working as a team and individually to meet the needs of our customers

To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate should have the following qualities and traits:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• An ability to read customer orders and follow directions
• Ability to work overnights
• Ability to adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that safety measures are used at all times
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work safely while 24' in the air at times
• Positive, I can do attitude, with the ability to get along with co-workers
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass a  criminal back ground  check and pre-employment drug test

Candidates with previous order picking experience is preferred
