Sigma Inc is currently looking for a Production Operator located in ST. Joseph, MO

Shift : MON-SAT 10 PM - 6 AM

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
Concentra Physicals need to be complete. (Physical, HPE listening, OSHA questionnaire, etc. are all completed prior to ever coming on-site)

**High school diploma or equivalent is not required but preferred**

"This job centers around general labor which may include housekeeping, running equipment, repeatedly lifting up to 50 pounds, and anything else assigned to you. The work environment may be dusty/dirty and require bending, stooping, and twisting.

Job Description:-

• Must be able to follow direction & perform adjustments to processes or machinery. Records & reports production numbers.
• Proficiency in usually reached in a few months.
• Operation of equipment to include, but not limited to the following manufacturing equipment: Packer, Palletizer, Forklift, Mixer, etc...

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions,short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations.
• Ability to understand, record, and verbalize detailed information accurately.
• Ability to be observant, accurate, and capable of following directions.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent Steel Toed Shoes Required.
