Bank of Ann Arbor is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial 401(k) Advisor to build, manage, and grow a portfolio of retirement plan relationships within one of the Bank’s key strategic business lines.
This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for someone who is energized by growth, accountability, and results—someone who sees opportunity where others see status quo, and who takes ownership of outcomes.
You will serve as both a trusted advisor to plan sponsors and a business builder, delivering thoughtful, customized retirement plan solutions while helping expand the firm’s presence in the market.
At Bank of Ann Arbor, our 401(k) Advisory Group combines a high-touch, fiduciary-driven client experience with institutional-quality investment expertise and strong provider partnerships. You will operate in a collaborative environment—but with the expectations and autonomy of someone who thinks and acts like an owner.
