Job Description - 4497b - RN - Surgical Unit

Our client is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) of all experience levels to join their Surgical Unit team. This is an opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive, patient-focused environment while benefiting from professional growth and outstanding compensation.

Responsibilities:

Provide patient-centered care in a surgical unit, ensuring quality and safety.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
Utilize critical thinking and specialized training to address complex patient needs.
Maintain compliance with all nursing and hospital policies.
Document patient care accurately and effectively.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts and professional development activities.

Must Haves:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Active Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
RN Residents: Newly licensed RNs with 12 months of experience or less.
Acute Care RNs: At least 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital acute care setting.

Nice to Haves:

National certification in a specialty area.
Location
Surgical Unit at a leading healthcare facility in the Washington region.

Salary: $47,886 – $143,601

Location: Richland, Washington

Benefits:

Up to $18,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience.
Up to $12,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience.
