**Job Posting: CDL-A Truck Driver Position**

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill a CDL-A truck driver position for long-haul career opportunities. The successful applicant will possess at least one year of experience in over-the-road (OTR) or regional tractor-trailer operations. This position involves extensive travel within the 48 contiguous states, with a minimum of 12 days spent away from home for each 6-day work period.

**Job Details**

* **Compensation**: A guaranteed weekly gross income of $1,000, in addition to a competitive CPM (cents per mile) rate ranging from 50-65cpm, contingent upon the driver's level of experience.

* **Mileage**: Average weekly mileage of 2300-2500 miles.

* **Paid Orientation**: A 3-day orientation period, with a daily stipend of $100.

* **Equipment Specifications**: The company utilizes Kenworth T680 tractors, equipped with automatic transmissions, walk-in condos, APU units, invertors, voice navigation systems, and in-cab 5th wheel releases.

**Qualifications**

* At least one year of experience in tractor-trailer operations

* Valid CDL Class A license and medical certification

* Passing results from a urine drug test

* Clean driving record

**Responsibilities**

* Safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods over regional routes

* Ensure timely delivery of freight while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations

* Load and unload cargo, utilizing forklifts and other equipment as necessary

* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance

* Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays

* Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and cargo transported
