What You’ll Do as a Café Team Member

• Provide warm, friendly, and efficient service to all guests
• Prepare and assemble fresh, customizable sandwiches, salads, and bowls
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
• Educate guests on our ingredients and sustainability mission
• Support grab-and-go orders and assist with delivery fulfillment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and passion for food, sustainability, and hospitality
• Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends
