4th Grade Teacher

The Fourth Grade Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, faith-centered learning environment that supports the spiritual, academic, social, emotional, and physical development of young children. The teacher integrates Catholic values and teachings into daily instruction while delivering a developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with state standards and diocesan guidelines.

Salary Scale- $ 38,469- $54,000 depending on experience and degree

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
   
• Valid state teaching certification (Elementary Education, grades 1–6 or equivalent).
   
• Commitment to supporting and modeling Catholic values and teachings.
   
• Ability to teach core subjects including Religion, English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies.
   
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills appropriate for upper elementary students.
   
• Experience using assessment data to guide instruction and support student growth.
   
• Effective communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
   
• Completion of diocesan background check and Safe Environment/child protection training.
