Summary:
The Driver Supervisor is a crucial role responsible for managing a specific ratio of drivers and overseeing safety, productivity, attendance, and customer service performance. This role involves delivering regular safety updates, conducting driver training, optimizing dispatch operations, and addressing customer needs. The Driver Supervisor is also responsible for safety investigations, departmental KPIs, and supporting peer coverage when needed.

Exempt/Salaried Role with approximately 40-50 operational hours of work per week
Available Operation Shifts: 5:30am-3:30pm, 7:30am-5:30pm, 2pm-12pm
