WWAY, the ABC, CBS, and CW affiliate serving the Cape Fear region, is looking for a full-time Multimedia Journalist to join our dynamic newsroom.

Key Responsibilities:

· Enterprise original story ideas and follow breaking news

· Shoot, write, and edit compelling news packages

· Present stories on-air and online

· Contribute actively to our digital and social media platforms

· Participate in community events and station initiatives

· Operate live shots via our TVU system

What We’re Looking For:

· Strong storytelling and writing skills

· Solid news judgment and ability to stay ahead of developing stories

· A team player with a professional, positive attitude

· Experience with ENPS and Edius is a plus

· A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required
