Spring Creek Charter School is a family! We value an education that focuses on the whole student, not the student's test scores. Spring Creek became Florida's first Conversion Charter School in 1997. This means we were a public school within Lake County. We petitioned the district to convert to a charter school. Our application was approved and we became, or converted to, a charter school. This allows us to create a learning environment tailored directly to our student's and family's needs. Spring Creek is a wonderful example of a community school! 

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated teaching professionals. We are looking for teachers who are committed to one thing. Our students! Teachers who want to work collaboratively with their team mates, and want to be part of an amazing school family! Our retention rate is VERY high because we truly are a family! My philosophy is "School should be FUN!" Kids won't learn if they aren't having fun. And, kids won't have fun if their teacher's aren't having fun! We currently need a 5th Grade teacher to teach English Language Arts and Social Studies in the 2025-26 school year with a very dynamic team of fellow teachers.
