602WHM - Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations within the branch location, including inventory management, product movement, team leadership, and overall operational efficiency. This role ensures the accurate handling and storage of materials while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include leading warehouse staff through hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and daily operational oversight while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The Warehouse Manager will also maintain inventory accuracy, support inventory planning, and partner with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader who can streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support a high level of customer satisfaction through effective warehouse management and team leadership.

•  Previous warehouse management, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience
• Experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and workflow coordination
• Ability to lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational and safety expectations
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple operational demands, and work effectively under pressure
• Working knowledge of warehouse safety standards and operational compliance practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification or forklift operating experience
• Experience with inventory systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), or related operational software
• Experience in building materials, manufacturing, or distribution environments
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and Outlook
