Prairie Kitchen at 701 Eateries is looking for a passionate, experienced Line Cook to help us deliver a top-tier brunch experience every weekend. We’re a full-service, scratch kitchen serving Midwest-inspired, farm-to-table brunch classics with a creative twist.

This is not your typical brunch line—we’re chef-led, community-driven, and focused on quality from prep to plate.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and plate high-quality brunch dishes with consistency and care
  


• Work multiple stations (grill, sauté, pantry, etc.)


• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station


• Collaborate with the team and contribute ideas to improve service and menu


• Thrive in a fast-paced environment during peak brunch hours

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ year experience in a professional kitchen (brunch a plus)


• Expert in making eggs of all kinds fast and efficiently 


• Passion for food, teamwork, and continuous learning


• Reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure


• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work weekend shifts
