RemX is seeking a Contact Center National Sales Manager for our client. In this role you will handle new business development and customer maintenance for all contact center accounts and clients. Build lasting relationships with key clients while conducting research in market trends and behaviors to inform and guide sale efforts. Success in this role is demonstrated by meeting sales targets and maintaining a strong presence within this field. Our client is seeking someone that is results driven and has working experience with growing a business. This is not a Startup but will require someone with a Startup mentality to take this business to new heights. They need a leader with ideas and examples of past doings to assist them with growth, preferably applicants who have participated in trade shows, trade fairs, expos, and will utilize those skills to aid them.

  • Title: Contact Center National Sales Manager (Insurance or independent adjuster industry)
  • Pay Rate: $80K-$100K
  • Start: ASAP
  • Type: Direct Hire
  • Location: Remote (Atlanta, GA 50% Travel)
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Supervision

Direct reporting and management by the Chairman and VP, Director of Corporate Development and Hotline Services.

Minimum Requirements

  • College bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Five years of direct sales experience with contact centers (Preferably within the insurance and/or independent adjuster industry)
  • Proven exceptional presentation, written, verbal and overall communication skills
  • Efficient in identifying opportunities to improve client relationships and accounts through consultative account planning and selling
  • Proven leadership skills in working with senior level management
  • Proven success in driving annual sales volume which exceeds revenue goals
  • Must have people skills and favorable (likeable) personality to effectively handle marketing and business development duties

Location and Equipment

  • Inside and outside environment
  • Inside contact with Branch, Regional, and Business Development Managers, and senior management
  • Outside contact with clients, vendors, etc (Travel is a must)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contact center sales and account development
  • Strong understanding of contact center business to include KPIs & SLAs
  • Prepare and present formal and informal proposals
  • Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities
  • Proven success in leadership opportunities that create and/or strengthen client relationships through strategic account planning
  • Engage direct prospects to create new leads in order to develop a strong client base
  • Routinely attend and represent Custard Insurance Adjusters on related conventions, outings and events
  • Maintain a Positive “can-do” attitude toward everyone and positively execute company agenda

  • Staffed by experienced claims intake professionals trained in taking losses and understanding the need for immediate response
