We are seeking an experienced and driven Search Consultant / Recruiter to join our Orlando office.

The Role:

• Client Development: Build and expand a client base by marketing our services to senior leaders, HR teams, and C-level executives.
• Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment: Develop multi-channel strategies to identify top candidates, maintain talent pools, and leverage job boards, networking, and internal databases.
• Sales and Lead Generation: Engage in sales activities such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach to acquire new clients and business opportunities.
• Portfolio Management: Manage relationships with a portfolio of clients and candidates to ensure ongoing alignment with business needs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in agency recruiting and/or business development.
• Comfortable with cold-calling and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to succeed.
• Passionate about excelling in a competitive, high-performance environment.
• Ability to work in our Orlando, FL office (this is not a remote position).
