Ab Initio Developer

- Read and create JSON and XML files as inputs or output of the ETL process - Work with MFS (multifile system) for data processing - Effectively communicate data design to other members of the team to ensure proper implementation -and utilization of the data structures - Partner with source system Subject Matter Experts (SME)s, Data Analysts and Modelers to build conformed and Data Distribution views of complex data sources into our environment. - Work very closely with business analysts, development teams and project managers for requirements and business rules - Work on complex problems where analysis requires evaluation of intangible variance factors - Plan, perform, and act as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing - Work with DBAs and will review and critique data architecture design and implementation work - 5+ years of experience in Ab Initio software, including the Graphical Development Environment (GDE) and Enterprise Metadata Environment (EME) - API's like calling Kafka and Webservices endpoints and reading and writing data to message queues - 5 years of experience in databases like Oracle, MongoDB, Teradata and tools such as Toad, MongoDB Compass, Teradata SQL Assistant - Schedulers like Autosys, Control center & Control-M. - Version Control tools - GitHub, Ab Initio EME - Shell Scripting, SQL, PL/SQL - UNIX, Windows, Linux OS and associated commands - Pearl and UNIX scripting - Agile methodologies is beneficial - Domain knowledge in Banking/Core Banking and Digital Channel Technologies (Including Email technologies, Mail Encryption, Secure Email, Secure Inbox, SMS, PUSH etc.), Credit Cards, Health care & Life science - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) INDFSINS L1-NAM
