ABA Behavior Technician, Experienced

Location: Long Beach, CA (In-home, school, clinic-based)
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay: $23.00–$26.00/hour + monthly bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday (7am–7pm), Optional Weekends (8am–2pm)

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality ABA sessions under BCBA supervision across various environments.
• Use your expertise to collect accurate data, implement treatment plans, and adapt on the spot.
• Collaborate closely with families, analysts, and peers to improve outcomes.
• Contribute to ongoing development of care strategies and peer mentoring.

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of ABA experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage behaviors and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Comfortable with data collection, problem-solving, and communicating with diverse families.
• BA/BS in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a growth mindset.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance required.
