ABA Behavior Technician (School-based)

Location: Long Beach, CA (Primarily school-based sessions with option for in-home sessions)
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay: $20.00–$26.00/hour to start + monthly bonuses
Schedules: Availability Monday–Friday (7am–7pm), Optional Weekends (8am–2pm)

We provide personalized support in homes, schools, clinics, and communities—and we're looking for compassionate individuals ready to grow into this rewarding field.

What You’ll Do:

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs designed by a BCBA in school and home settings.
• Support children in reaching communication, social, academic, and behavioral goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistency of care.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Maintain professionalism and sensitivity in all environments

Who You Are: 

• High School Diploma or BA/BS in Psychology, Education, Social Work or related      field.
• Up to 6 months of experience with children or individuals with special needs      (babysitting, school aide, camp counselor, etc. count!).
• Passionate about helping others and eager to learn ABA techniques.
• Clear communicator, dependable, and excited to grow professionally.
• Valid  CA driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation required.
