ABA Clinical Director - BCBA

Behavioral Health Services of Virginia (BHSVA) is seeking an experienced and driven BCBA Clinical Director to lead the relaunch of our ABA clinic. Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

As the BCBA Clinical Director, you will:

• Lead and oversee the reopening and strategic direction of our ABA clinic
• Supervise, support, and mentor RBTs and BCBAs to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure clinical programs are ethically and effectively implemented
• Manage caseloads and ensure appropriate staff-to-client ratios
• Develop and maintain clinical documentation, policies, and quality assurance systems
• Provide ongoing training and professional development for clinical staff
• Collaborate with executive leadership to guide program growth, compliance, and innovation

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience
• Experience launching or expanding ABA programs is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
