Job Type: Full-time (30+ hours per week)
Pay: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour
Location: Albuquerque, NM (In-home ABA therapy)

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care. You’ll work one-on-one with our patients' families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a clinic, school, or in-home setting

• Collect and record data on child behaviors

• Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst

• Attend team meetings

What You'll Need

• RBT credential with the BACB

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field

• Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs

• Reliable Transportation

• Must have an active CPR Certification

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English is a bonus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time

• Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Required)
