Role
Job Overview: You will be a key member of the ABA department, working with a team to ensure that the behavioral training programs meet quality standards in the United States. You will also help monitor and regulate the efficiency of the departmentâs services, ensuring an optimal pace for all core and ad-hoc activities.
You will also be expected to work with other departments to meet customers' requirements; Deal with complaints, update behavior analysis, and measurement, as well as training protocols and teaching resources while providing reports about the progress of the trainees.
Responsibilities and Duties:
⢠Meeting with parents for in-depth conversations about their child's history and symptoms.
⢠Observing patients in their normal environments to understand behaviors, environmental factors, and triggers.
⢠Synthesizing all the relevant information into a personalized treatment plan.
⢠Corresponding with the patient's families to address any concerns or challenges regarding the treatment plan.
⢠Maintaining medical records of patients and their progress.
Profile Requirements
⢠Fluency in English is a must; previous professional anglophone experience is a plus.
⢠At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent in ABA or any relevant discipline is necessary.
⢠At least 5 years of work experience as an ABA specialist or similar position.
⢠Experience working with patients suffering from Autism and developmental issues.
⢠Expertise in working with children.
⢠Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
