At Precious Care ABA, you’ll spend your time helping kids learn, grow, and gain life -changing skills — all while building real, hands -on experience in behavioral health, psychology, and education.

You’ll work one -on -one with children with autism in their homes, daycare, or in the community — turning everyday moments into opportunities for learning and progress. No sitting behind a screen all day — this is a hands -on role where every session is different.

The best part? You don’t need prior ABA experience. Our experienced BCBAs will train and mentor you so you feel confident and supported.

Get Certified (and Get Paid for It)

We’ll help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — and pay you along the way.

• Complete your 40 -hour RBT course

What We’re Looking For

• Students or grads in psychology, education, healthcare — or anyone who enjoys working with kids
  
• Reliable, patient, and energetic
  
• Experience with kids is a plus (babysitting, camps, coaching, teaching assistant, caregiving, etc.)
  
• Ability to travel to client homes (valid driver’s license + reliable transportation)
  

Requirements

• In college or recently graduated (psychology, education, healthcare a plus — but not required)
  
• Reliable, patient, and energetic
  
• Enjoy working with kids (this matters more than experience)
  
• Experience with children is a plus (babysitting, camps, coaching, teaching assistant, caregiving, etc.)
  
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
  
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule (especially PM hours)
