Job Description - ABM Manager

Position:

ABM Manager, PE-Focused

Job Summary:

Our Client is seeking a strategic, hands-on ABM Manager to help win its most important

enterprise and private equity-backed accounts. This role will build highly personalized account

programs, partner closely with Sales, and use AI-powered tools to create bespoke campaigns that

move complex deals forward.

About:

Our Client is building an AI operating system for the home services industry, including

plumbing, HVAC, and electrical businesses. Its platform brings dispatch operations and high-

touch workflows into one scalable system, helping operators work more efficiently and grow

with greater consistency.

The company operates in a large, rapidly evolving market shaped by AI adoption, labor

shortages, and generational ownership transitions. Backed by leading investors and supported by

a team with experience across technology, finance, and home services, Our Client is entering its

next stage of growth and expanding further into enterprise and private equity-backed

organizations.

About the Role:

The ABM Manager will be the architect behind how Our Client engages and converts its most

strategic target accounts. The role centers on high-touch 1:1 and selective 1 account-based

marketing programs for private equity-backed roll-ups and enterprise organizations.

You will work closely with Strategic Account Executives and SDRs to develop account plans,

uncover buying committee priorities, create personalized messaging, and coordinate executive-

level touchpoints. Success in this role requires someone who enjoys going deep on a focused

group of named accounts rather than optimizing for campaign volume.

This is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional influence. You will bring

together Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Events, and other partners to create coordinated

account experiences across the customer journey.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own the account-based marketing strategy from account scoring and segmentation

through campaign execution, Sales handoff, and performance measurement.

• Partner directly with Strategic Account Executives to create and execute personalized

plans for high-priority enterprise and private equity-backed accounts.

• Build high-impact 1:1 and 1 programs using custom research, persona-specific

messaging, tailored content, and executive engagement.Jennie Cohen • AccelerateHC • 312-543-5364 • [email protected] • www.acceleratehc.com• Use AI tools to accelerate research and content development while maintaining an

authentic, account-specific experience.

• Execute integrated campaigns across outbound email, direct mail, digital channels,

gifting, events, and other high-touch tactics.

• Develop repeatable plays for private equity-backed roll-ups while preserving the

flexibility needed for bespoke account engagement.

• Own ABM tools, campaign infrastructure, account pacing, activation metrics, and

pipeline contribution reporting.

• Run structured tests, maintain a clear learning agenda, and use campaign results to refine

strategy.

• Coordinate with SDRs on account activation and outbound execution.

• Collaborate with RevOps and Product Marketing on targeting, campaign design,

measurement, and optimization.

• Support customer expansion initiatives, customer marketing programs, and executive

events for strategic accounts.

• Create structure, operating rhythms, and scalable processes in an environment where the

playbook is still being built.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a dedicated account-based marketing role.

• Demonstrated success building multi-channel ABM campaigns that contributed to

measurable pipeline.

• Hands-on experience running 1:1 programs for enterprise or private equity-backed

accounts.

• Background in enterprise B2B SaaS and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.

• Strong understanding of account research, buying committees, persona development, and

funnel-stage messaging.

• Excellent email copywriting skills, with the ability to create targeted messaging that

drives engagement.

• Fluency with AI tools for account research and content production.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into strategic

decisions.

• Experience building new campaign motions and creating clarity in ambiguous

environments.

• Proven ability to partner closely with Account Executives, SDRs, RevOps, and

Marketing stakeholders.

• Strong judgment regarding when to create a bespoke asset and when to scale a repeatable

play.

• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Must be based in or able to commute to New York City for full-time, on-site work.

• Willingness to travel for customer and prospect visits at least monthly.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
