ABRA Auto Body is searching for a highly motivated, energetic individual to fill the role of Parts Department Associate.  The Parts Department Associate’s role is fast paced and requires attention to detail and accuracy while shipping and receiving parts. This position will work closely with our vendors to order parts needed for repair and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspects shipments at loading and unloading for damage and quantity; make appropriate


• notations on delivery receipt.


• Ensures credits are received for returned parts.


• Advise Estimators and Technicians on receipt of backordered parts.


• Shipping and receiving duties such as preparing damaged and missing part claims, following up on those claims.


• Ensures areas of the parts department are organized, clean, safe, and properly stocked.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment


• Strong organizational and time management skills           


• Computer proficiency


• Organized and detail oriented


• Valid driver’s license
