Academy - Assistant Wrestling Coach

Lipscomb Academy is seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Wrestling Coach to support and help develop our high school wrestling program, consistent with the mission of Lipscomb Academy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting daily practices


• Help develop student-athletes of all experience levels with an emphasis on technique and conditioning


• Supervise athletes at practices, home meets, and away tournaments


• Support team logistics including rosters, schedules, and state association requirements


• Reinforce Lipscomb Academy's values of discipline, integrity, and sportsmanship


• Ensure compliance with all athletic association rules and safety guidelines


• Model Christ-like behavior and encourage student wrestlers to demonstrate integrity, respect, humility, service, and sportsmanship in alignment with Lipscomb Academy’s mission.
