Accelerated Service (lube technician)

Our service department is growing, and we're looking for a Lube Technician to join the team.

As a Lube Technician, you'll perform routine maintenance and inspections on Acura vehicles in a fast-paced, professional shop where attention to detail matters. This is a strong starting point for anyone who wants to build a career as an automotive technician, with hands-on factory training and a clear path to advance.

• Perform Maintenance Minder services, including oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks and top-offs


• Replace engine air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades


• Check tire pressure and TPMS, test batteries, and inspect belts, hoses, and brakes


• Complete thorough multipoint inspections and document findings accurately on the repair order


• Communicate recommended services clearly to service advisors


• Protect every vehicle with seat, floor, and fender covers, and return it as clean as it arrived


• Move customer vehicles safely around the lot and shop


• Keep your bay, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For

• Prior quick lube, tire, or dealership experience preferred (Honda/Acura a plus), but we'll train the right person


• Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn


• Attention to detail and respect for customers' vehicles


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying shop temperatures


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
