As an Access Control Operation Specialist you will be responsible for executing and supporting access provisioning, de-provisioning, and recertification processes across Luminor’s identity and access management (IAM) landscape. This includes managing user access in Active Directory, ITSM tool and systems, ensuring compliance with segregation of duties (SoD), and supporting IAM implementation and governance initiatives.
What You Will Do:
• Access Provisioning & De-provisioning
Execute access provisioning and revocation tasks in accordance with approved requests via the IGA platform, ensuring alignment with SoD and toxic combination controls as defined in the Identity and Access Management Procedure.
• Access Recertification Support
Assist in periodic access reviews and recertification campaigns, including data exports, SoD violation checks, and coordination with line managers for justifications, as outlined in the Access Right Recertification Procedure.
• System Monitoring & Incident Handling
Monitor access-related events and mismatches in SVG and ITSM tools. Support incident resolution and escalation in collaboration with the IAM team.
• Compliance & Audit Readiness
Ensure all access control activities are traceable, documented, and compliant with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Support audit requests and evidence collection.
• Process Optimization
Identify opportunities to streamline access workflows and contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM processes and tooling.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with IT Security, HR, and business units to align access rights with job profiles and organizational structure.
What We Expect:
• Knowledge of basic security and identity management best practices.
• Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with identity and access management platforms (e.g., IGA, Active Directory, ITSM tools).
• Familiarity with SoD principles, toxic combination controls, and recertification processes.
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.
Preferred Certifications:
Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or equivalent IAM-related certification.
