Position Summary

Justice North seeks a collaborative and highly organized Access Hub Coordinator to lead implementation of the New American Social Service Access Hub across northern Minnesota. This position is responsible for coordinating partnerships, outreach, training, and grant deliverables to improve access to social services, employment support, and legal resources for immigrant and refugee communities.

Justice North operates eight offices across northern Minnesota. This is a hybrid position, combining remote work, in-office work at one or more Justice North locations, and regular regional travel. Moorhead and Duluth are the most populous service centers, though the position may be based anywhere within Justice North’s service area.

This is an 18-month, grant-funded position, with continuation dependent on funding and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Access Hub Coordinator leads implementation of the Social Service Access Hub in alignment with grant requirements, timelines, and approved work plans. This includes managing grant deliverables, benchmarks, reporting, and outcome tracking; coordinating data collection and evaluation with partners and internal staff; and supporting continuous improvement of the program.

The Coordinator serves as the primary liaison with key partners, including YWCA Duluth and the Moorhead-based Ethnic Self-Help Alliance for Refugee Assistance (ESHARA), and builds strong relationships with nonprofits, faith-based organizations, schools, employers, workforce partners, and other community stakeholders across the Northeast, Northwest, and Central (PICK) regions. The role includes supporting subcontracted partners in meeting service and reporting expectations, mapping available services by county, and identifying gaps in services impacting New American communities.

The position also involves culturally responsive outreach and community engagement throughout both rural areas and population centers. The Coordinator represents Justice North at community events, coalition meetings, and partner convenings; supports development of multilingual outreach materials; and helps coordinate trainings for partners and employers related to immigrant rights, service access, and employment pathways.

Operational responsibilities include coordinating program logistics such as scheduling, travel, communications, and documentation; ensuring confidentiality, data privacy, and trauma-informed practices; traveling regularly throughout northern Minnesota; participating in meetings, trainings, and planning efforts; and performing other duties as assigned to support evolving program, grant, and organizational needs.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have at least three (3) years of experience in program coordination, community outreach, nonprofit program management, or a related field, including experience managing grant-funded programs and tracking deliverables and reporting requirements. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities across a large geographic area and work both independently and collaboratively with diverse partners. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regularly throughout northern Minnesota are .

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not . Experience working with immigrant, refugee, or New American communities; bilingual or multilingual skills; experience with state or federal grants; familiarity with rural service delivery models; and experience coordinating volunteers or coalitions are all desirable.
