As a Remote Accommodations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing accommodations bookings for clients, ensuring they have comfortable and suitable lodging during their travels. Working remotely, you will collaborate with clients, hotels, rental properties, and other accommodation providers to coordinate bookings, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise. Your role involves providing excellent customer service, organizing accommodations efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for travelers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Accommodations Booking:

    • Coordinate accommodations bookings for clients, including hotels, vacation rentals, and alternative lodging options.
    • Utilize booking systems and online platforms to secure reservations and input booking details accurately.
  2. Client Communication:

    • Communicate with clients via phone, email, or online chat to understand their accommodation preferences and provide booking information.
    • Provide personalized assistance, offering recommendations and options that meet clients' needs and budget.
  3. Vendor Liaison:

    • Communicate with accommodation providers to confirm bookings, gather information, and address any special requests or requirements from clients.
    • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and ensure timely communication regarding bookings and inquiries.
  4. Itinerary Management:

    • Incorporate accommodations into clients' travel itineraries, ensuring seamless coordination with other travel arrangements such as flights and activities.
    • Provide clients with detailed information about their accommodations, including check-in procedures, amenities, and nearby attractions.
  5. Problem Resolution:

    • Assist in resolving accommodation-related issues, such as room preferences, reservation changes, or billing discrepancies, in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Collaborate with accommodation providers and team members to find suitable solutions for clients.
  6. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

    • Maintain organized records of accommodation bookings, client interactions, and communication with vendors.
    • Prepare and distribute accommodation confirmations, itineraries, and other relevant documentation to clients.
  7. Customer Service:

    • Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
    • Follow up with clients before, during, and after their travels to ensure satisfaction and address any accommodation-related issues.
  8. Remote Collaboration:

    • Work closely with remote team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
    • Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and team discussions as required.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Salary: $30,000-$65,000 yearly.
