About the role

 

As an Account Care Specialist Sr., you will be responsible for handling the most complex post-sales activities for an assigned group of accounts. We will count on you to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external clients and ensuring a seamless experience for every stakeholder. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Partner closely with your assigned pre-sales teams to fully understand and address the needs of each client. You will organize and prioritize incoming account-related requests, providing prompt and accurate responses. Collaborate with various departments to troubleshoot and resolve any issues, maintaining comprehensive account notes to ensure a cohesive client care strategy.
  • Take ownership of successfully executing and delivering support for activities which may include managing sales orders, system intake tools, accurate pricing and margin on orders, contract compliance, order processing, customized delivery arrangements, backorders, software licenses, warranty claims, returns, sales concessions, rollout, and special projects. This involves prioritizing incoming requests, researching technical product information, ensuring access to procurement, devoting special attention to detail, and maintaining proactive communication to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of each client's needs and expectations, assisting in special projects for clients and our sales teams, identifying system issues or order irregularities, and providing ad hoc status updates as needed.
  • Identify, communicate, and implement automation and process optimization by always thinking ahead, championing change, reviewing trends, and aiming to enhance efficiency and the overall client experience, with a strong focus on attention to detail and time management.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex client relationships.
  • Strong English language competency and ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and other teammates. 
  • Strong attention to detail, active listening, asking great questions, problem solving skills, and effective communication organization.
  • Aptitude for building relationships and trust with clients as well as internally on cross-functional teams.
