Job Description Purpose and Scope:

   This position will be responsible for being a point of contact for clients and ensuring clients’ programs are executed from?beginning to end. The role will actively participate in maintaining packaging and inventory and finished goods deployments for clients. Additionally, they will manage any issues related to client demands,?and client's specific requirements. 

Responsibilities:

  •  Communicate regularly with current clients to manage and resolve any updates and technical support. 
  • Communicate with clients?regarding issues or delays in clients’ expectations. 
  • Manage internal systems for clients. 
  • Engage with internal team to resolve escalated client issues.
  • Facilitate client services with operations teams on special projects 
  • Provide additional support to other team members as needed. 
  • Review customer forecast and/or schedule and ensure required components are ordered and delivered to meet client demand.
  • Provide reports to the clients as needed and directed by management. 
  • Assist in?accurately managing inventory. 
  • Monitor and compare finished goods inventory, utilizing the clients’ systems (if needed); ensuring that lot codes, dates, and quantities are accurate. 
  • Review finished goods inventory and executed. deployment planning to meet client shipping schedules and requirements. 
  • Communicate shipping and receiving appointments when necessary to appropriate warehouse personnel. 
  • Coordinate client owned raw material returns (if needed). 
  • Perform other duties as required?by management. 
  • Enforce company policies. 

Requirements

Required PPE:

  • Safety Vest 
  • Safety Glasses 

Skills / Qualifications:

  •  Attention to detail to ensure clients receive the correct advice and support. 
  • Computer literacy including word processors and spreadsheet software. 
  • Customer service hyper focus. 
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and oral. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to provide effective support to client accounts. 

Job Competency / Qualifications

Education/ Training:

  • High School degree, diploma, or a GED equivalent qualification from an accredited institution. 

Technical Requirements:

  • Operate billing software 
  • Basic office skills 

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
