What You’ll Do:·

• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with responsibility and care. You'll be a key player in keeping communication clear, timely, and collaborative.
• Project Coordination: Assist in managing client projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables are of the highest quality. Your tenacity will shine in making sure every detail is accounted for.
• Client Insights & Reporting: Use client feedback and data to provide insights and updates to internal teams, helping us refine our strategies with curiosity and a client-first approach.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, marketing, and sales teams to ensure clients’ visions align with OBI’s innovative solutions. Your collaboration will help bring these visions to life.
• Problem Solving: Address client concerns swiftly and with responsibility, ensuring they receive thoughtful, effective resolutions.
• Support Client Success: Drive client satisfaction by continually seeking out opportunities to improve our service and innovate within our delivery processes. You’ll work with innovation in mind, helping us stay ahead of the curve.
