Position Summary: An Account Director is responsible for the maintenance, management, and continued growth of an identified client base. The primary objective of the position is to ensure customer satisfaction and company success through the sale of profitable and smart HVAC solutions.
Required Qualifications:
• At least two years of HVAC service or construction experience in sales, estimating and/or project management.
• Proven track-record with top-sales performance.
• Great presentation skills and ability to understand client needs and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Understanding of the changing marketplace and ability to adapt to change.
• Positive and sales-oriented personality.
• Strong team player and ability to work with field and departmental leadership teams.
• Energetic self-starter that can react quickly to opportunity and maintain sales relationships.
• Works with a sense of urgency to accomplish objectives.
• Excellent attention to detail, and record keeping regarding customer relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
• Five Years or commercial HVAC or sales experience.
• Five years of HVAC industry experience
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Accurately estimate job costs related to labor and materials for HVAC services and construction projects.
• Work closely with internal management, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain a strong relationship with new and pre-existing customers and accounts.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue and profit targets.
• Meet with, call, email and correspond with company leadership of target customers and accounts on an on-going basis.
• Review, complete and submit business documentation, as necessary for the successful completion of sales goals.
• Responsible for the development of new business opportunities in all sales channels.
• Attend company and industry events.
• Travel to support sales targets and responsibilities.
• Maintain a positive and mutualistic working relationship with all channel partners and internal teams.
• Responsible for the promotion of Solace products and service categories at various networking events
• Provide, at a minimum, monthly, a detailed account of all sales goals and achievements.
• Utilize and manage contemporary customer relationship management (CRM) for all sales opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze field sales reports, consumer leads, and CRM, interpret results towards achieving goals
• Implement and provide pricing, applicable discounts, and rebates in generating sales and profitability growth
• Project Manage sold projects in alignment with Company expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical demands and work environment:
This is a dynamic work environment that requires office based and field work that may require lifting items of 50lbs or more by yourself. This will include occasionally climbing ladders. This position also requires that the individual be able to work in a seated or standing desk environment for multiple hours at a time.

• Lift and twist parts and materials up to 40lbs independently.
Work Environment:
• Solace Home Office as well as field/site visits.
• Trade association and business development events at various locations.
