Job Description - Account Director

Account Director
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time
Department: Sales/ Business Development

If you are an over-achiever and can back it up, you should apply!  We hire top producers on our sales team.  If you’re average, you can earn 60K, but if you are a pro, you can earn up to 300K per year.  We aren’t looking for average. 



What You’ll Do


The Account Director drives new client acquisition through focused business development across targeted industries and strategic trade shows. You will own the pursuit from first conversation through proposal, win, activation, and renewal.



You are not inheriting a book of business.
You are building one.



This Role Is a Strong Fit If You:



  • Have a proven track record selling in competitive, RFP-driven environments

  • Thrive in consultative sales and know how to uncover real client needs

  • Enjoy presenting, leading conversations, and influencing decision-makers

  • Are energized by building something, not inheriting something

  • Stay resilient, focused, and competitive under pressure



What You Bring:



  • 3+ years of business development or sales experience in a creative, experiential, or high-stakes industry (trade shows, events, marketing, design, or similar)

  • Demonstrated success in formal RFP and competitive bid environments

  • Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles

  • Strong CRM and pipeline management skills (HubSpot preferred)



Compensation & Growth



  • Competitive base salary

  • Commission and incentive structure tied to new business and renewals

  • Top performers earn $200K–$300K+

  • Annual performance reviews with a clear growth path within Sales & Business Development
