In this role, you will play a crucial part in connecting and supporting creators on our platform, driving engagement and ensuring that they have the necessary resources to thrive. This position is at the heart of our outreach efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that inspire and empower creators. Your expertise will impact the growth of the games category and the broader creative community, contributing significantly to our mission of helping creative projects come to life.
Accountabilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with creators in the community.
- Track creator interactions using CRM, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Own relationships with top-tier creators and collaborate with success teams.
- Develop and refine category-specific educational resources.
- Identify opportunities to educate and empower creators.
- Establish relationships with institutions and partners in the creative ecosystem.
- Contribute to strategies for industry events and network with creators.
- Advocate for the company in a competitive funding landscape.
- Support the development and rollout of new product features.
- Collaborate with marketing on feature showcases and success stories.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the focus categories.
- 3 years of experience with crowdfunding.
- Expert understanding of the platform and related systems.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Ability to evaluate creativity and innovation in projects.
- Bonus points for personal experience as a creator in the sectors.
