Who You Are:
The Business Director is a client partner, agile and accountable, with 8-14+ years of experience. You command a room, take charge, and are decisive in ambiguous situations or critical moments. You have mastered the art of delivery and diplomacy and are an advisor to your clients and a sounding board for the entire agency team. In this role, the Business Director will manage the day-to-day of their accounts, partnering with creative, strategy, and production leads to successfully run the business. You have a strong relationship with the day-to-day clients and are fiscally responsible for efficiently running their business. The Business Director reports to the Business Lead and brings them in for key internal and client meetings.
As you develop in this role, the Business Director will master the skills that will prepare you for a Business Lead role – command of the business, command of the room, mastery of debate, and motivation of the army.
Position Summary:
