Account Director - Temporary Worker

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Account Director to support our central growth team during a period of increased business development activity. This short‑term engagement (1–3 months) will play a critical role in supporting presentations, commercial proposals, pitch work, and senior‑level client conversations.

The ideal candidate is able to ramp up quickly, operate autonomously, and confidently represent the agency in client‑facing situations. Prior experience in a creative or media agency environment is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development and new‑business initiatives, including pitch preparation and presentations
• Contribute to the development of commercial proposals and growth materials
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align messaging, strategy, and deliverables
• Participate in senior‑level client discussions and briefings
• Provide account leadership support as needed during the engagement
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Director or in a similar senior account leadership role
• Background in a creative agency, media agency, or related professional services environment
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently

The hourly pay range for this position is  $88.82 - $118.49. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time.
