What Will I Be Doing
As an Account Executive you will demonstrate and sell the HomeSmart value proposition to real estate agents nationwide. HomeSmart makes it easy with some of the lowest fees in the industry and highest service levels by effectively leveraging technology, marketing, and culture to make agents more productive! You will also be responsible to maintain regular contact and follow-up with prospective agents, as well as demonstrate the value proposition both online and in person.
Although leads are provided and day to day will be inside the corporate offices in Scottsdale, this position may also entail attending relevant networking events, outbound calls, and developing in-market partnerships.

How It Works
You will be provided with a base salary as well as commission. Commission is based on the number of agents and productivity of the agents that you recruit monthly. You will have a quota per month that you must meet or exceed. This quota can be obtained by recruiting individual agents or large agent teams.
Selling to real estate agents is a direct sale to the decisionmaker unlike sales to larger companies. It requires both relationship building to better understand their business and educating the agent about HomeSmart and how we can enhance their business while saving them money.
Qualifications
· Sales experience preferred, although not required. If you know you can sell, apply!
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Positive, friendly and outgoing attitude required
· Excellent communication skills with ability to lead meetings and presentations for groups
· Ability to utilize sales software to track leads and maintain follow-up
Compensation
All in pay is targeted for $90-120k if meeting minimum quotas and higher if exceeding!
